The IRI 2015 Annual Meeting “Customers at the Core” will be held from April 27 to April 30, 2015 in Seattle, WA. Organizations are continually challenged to innovate for their customers, to enhance their value propositions and better identify and address latent customer needs. Today, under the influence of many technological and social trends, new approaches are emerging that fundamentally redefine the role of consumers and producers and their relationships to each other. IRI’s Annual Meeting explores these challenges and two related subthemes: User Innovation Revolution & Towards Extreme Customer Intimacy.
