The 3rd annual Skilljar Connect conference, November 5-6, 2020, Seattle

February 6, 2020 By admin

Skilljar, the leading Customer Training Platform, is pleased to announce that registration is now open for its third annual Skilljar Connect conference, which will take place in Seattle on November 5-6, 2020.

Skilljar Connect is the largest and most innovative gathering of Customer and Partner Education professionals, dedicated to unlocking the potential of millions of people around the world in industries ranging from technology to medical devices to financial services, transportation, and more. The conference brings together the industry’s best to learn, collaborate, and exchange ideas.

“As the discipline of Customer Education continues to expand and diversify, there is an incredible opportunity for today’s training professionals to shape the future of the industry,” says Skilljar CEO and co-founder Sandi Lin. “Skilljar Connect is the embodiment of this opportunity and we’re so excited to bring everyone together once again for this incredible event.”

At Skilljar Connect 2019, 200+ Customer Education professionals from companies including Slack, Looker, Jamf, Procore, Cisco, and Microsoft gathered in Seattle for two days of keynotes, expert panels, and roundtable discussions dedicated to creating best-in-class customer training and certification programs. Skilljar Connect also features the annual Golden Skillet Awards, which recognize the top Customer Education programs in the world for their innovation and program impact.

In 2020, Skilljar Connect is expanding to include two specialized conference tracks: one for managers and one for content creators, as well as additional breakout sessions. The conference will also feature the second annual Education Expo — an opportunity for Skilljar customers to showcase their training programs and gather inspiration and best practices from other peer programs.

The call for speakers and early registration is now open. For more information, please visit https://www.skilljar.com/connect/.
