15th Annual Montgomery Summit, Invitation-only Business and Technology Conference, March 7-8 2018, Santa Monica, CA

The Montgomery Summit, the leading, invitation-only business and technology conference presented by Macquarie, today announced speakers and presenting companies for this year’s conference, taking place March 7th-8th in Santa Monica. Hosted and curated by Summit founder James Montgomery, the exclusive gathering enters its 15th year bringing together a global community of leading investors, entrepreneurs, and industry executives for two days of networking, sessions on the latest technologies driving innovation, company presentations, roundtable discussions, and keynotes.

Keynote Speakers
The Montgomery Summit consistently features global leaders and influencers as keynote speakers. This year, Summit guests will hear from luminaries who continue to drive significant and impactful innovation in technology and leadership:

The Montgomery Summit will also offer a series of panels and salons featuring executives from the Zillow Group, Microsoft, Salesforce, Intel, EY, Honeywell, Nasdaq Stock Exchange, PBS, California Institute of Technology, the Milken Institute, and the Keck Foundation.

Presenting Companies
The private technology companies presenting at this year’s event were selected from over 2,000 nominations made by members of The Montgomery Summit community. Nominations were evaluated by each company’s sector, stage, growth, and engagement metrics, as well as criteria including management, vision, and more. Presenting companies represent the most impressive and innovative companies in their fields, including enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, marketing and advertising technology, eCommerce, virtual reality, and financial technology. Over 130 emerging companies will present at this year’s Summit, including Acorns, C3 IoT, CrowdStrike, Eagle Genomics, Earnin, FogHorn, Forter, Genvid, Hired, Immuta, IPSY, Move Guides, Relativity Space, Signal, Signal Sciences, Spark Cognition, and uBiome.

The Rise of the Female Entrepreneur
The Montgomery Summit will host a unique event for female leaders in technology on Thursday, March 8th. The event will recognize, support, and celebrate “The Rise of the Female Entrepreneur.” More than 400 female attendees are expected to attend, including entrepreneurs, C-level executives, and partners at leading venture capital firms. The Montgomery Summit has also selected 50 female millennial entrepreneurs who will attend the Summit as guests. Co-chaired by Niloo Howe, Meredith Finn, Senior Director at Salesforce Ventures, and Cack Wilhelm, Partner at Accomplice VC, the event includes keynotes from Sallie Krawcheck, founder and CEO of Ellevest, and Sukhinder Singh Cassidy, founder and chairman of theBoardlist. Additional programming will include panels “Alternative Ways to Get Funding for A Company,” “Taking Control of Your Finances,” and “Building a Successful Company,” which features Yvonne Wassenaar, CEO of Airware, Jessica Richman, co-founder and CEO of uBiome, and Tracy DiNunzio, founder and CEO of Tradesy.
