Adobe CX Enterprise Unveiled at Adobe Summit 2026, Las Vegas

April 21, 2026 By admin Leave a Comment

Adobe announced a major new platform at Adobe Summit 2026 with the introduction of Adobe CX Enterprise, an end-to-end agentic AI system designed to help businesses manage the full customer lifecycle—from attracting prospects and improving engagement to increasing conversions and building long-term loyalty.

Presented during Adobe’s flagship customer experience conference in Las Vegas, the new offering reflects how customer experience orchestration is shifting in the AI era. Adobe says CX Enterprise is built to move companies beyond isolated AI experiments into practical enterprise systems that can automate workflows, personalize interactions, and improve measurable business outcomes.

At the core of the platform are two new intelligence layers: Adobe Brand Intelligence, a reasoning engine that learns evolving brand signals and guidelines, and Adobe Engagement Intelligence, a decisioning engine focused on customer lifetime value and large-scale personalization. Together, these systems are intended to help businesses keep customer interactions aligned with brand standards while improving performance.

Adobe also emphasized interoperability. CX Enterprise is being designed to work across existing technology stacks and partner ecosystems, with integrations spanning Amazon Web Services, Anthropic, Google Cloud, IBM, Microsoft, NVIDIA and OpenAI. That matters because most large organizations already run mixed software environments and rarely replace everything at once.

Among the newly announced capabilities are AI agents embedded across Adobe applications, an agent skills catalog for reusable workflows, developer tools for building custom implementations, and Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker—a supervisory AI system that can coordinate multiple agents around business goals. One example shared by Adobe involved increasing cross-sell revenue by three percent through coordinated campaign planning, asset selection, audience targeting and performance monitoring.

Adobe said Coworker is expected to become generally available in the coming months.

Adobe Summit 2026 remains one of the largest global gatherings focused on customer experience orchestration, with keynote speakers including NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang and leaders from Procter & Gamble, DICK’S Sporting Goods, Comcast/Xfinity and NBCUniversal.
