Gurobi Decision Intelligence Summit, October 28–29, 2025, Vienna

October 2, 2025 By admin

The Gurobi Summit is set to return to the EMEA region this October, bringing its flagship Decision Intelligence event to the prestigious Hofburg Conference Centre in Vienna. Over two days, October 28–29, business leaders, technical practitioners, and academic voices will gather under the theme “Empowering Bold Decisions,” with expectations already pointing to another record year in attendance. The event follows on the heels of September’s successful Americas Summit, continuing Gurobi’s global push to showcase how mathematical optimization and decision intelligence technologies can drive transformative results across industries.

The Vienna edition will feature a diverse roster of organizations sharing their experiences and use cases, from global leaders like Airbus, Danone, SAP, and Turkish Airlines to innovative firms such as Gousto, Agora, and Levasoft. Major enterprises like A1 Telekom, Iberia, and MC Sonae will join, alongside representatives from Kärnten University of Applied Science and POLYPOINT. Beyond the speakers, event sponsors Capgemini, Decide4AI, LTPlabs, and ORMAE will enrich the program by highlighting their latest contributions to the decision intelligence ecosystem. Gurobi itself will take the stage to present a preview of its upcoming product roadmap, offering attendees a first look at future capabilities and strategic directions.

The program is designed to accommodate both executives and practitioners, with parallel tracks providing specialized business and technical sessions. Attendees will also have the opportunity to engage one-on-one with Gurobi experts to explore their own models and use cases in depth. According to Duke Perrucci, CEO of Gurobi Optimization, the event embodies the company’s mission to empower bold, data-driven decisions, serving as both a networking hub and an intellectual forum for advancing the adoption of optimization and decision intelligence.

With Vienna’s Hofburg providing a historic and symbolic backdrop for bold thinking, the Gurobi Summit promises to be a highlight for those shaping the future of intelligent decision-making in EMEA. The combination of global enterprises, leading technology partners, and in-depth technical engagement positions this year’s event as a catalyst for new ideas and impactful collaborations.
