VOICE Summit, at the forefront of natural language processing, July 24 – July 26 2018, New Jersey Institute of Technology

VOICE is a three-day summit at the forefront of natural language processing, Sponsored by Amazon Alexa and hosted by Modev. The Summit will be held at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) on July 24-26, and serve as a gathering place for more than 1500 developers, designers, C-level executives, leading brands and agencies who are reimagining how we interact with technology through voice. The program will consist of keynotes, breakout sessions, workshops and demos.

VOICE Summit, the nation’s largest multi-day voice-first conference, today announced a slate of more than 150 industry speakers. The event will feature voice-first experts David Isbitski, Chief Evangelist Alexa and Echo at Amazon, Howard Lerman, Founder and CEO of Yext and Chiori Hori, Principal Research Scientist, Mitsubishi Electric Research Laboratories.

David Isbitski has supported the launch of numerous technology platforms, frameworks and programming languages across an array of devices at both Microsoft and Amazon. Howard Lerman is Founder and CEO of Yext, the leader in Digital Knowledge Management. Yext’s mission is to give companies control over their brand experiences across the digital universe of maps, apps, search engines, voice assistants, and other intelligent services. Chiori Hori has been working on neural network based technologies for Human-Robot communication at MERL since 2015, introducing deep learning architectures as a key step toward real-world human-robot interaction.

VOICE Summit will explore the voice ecosystem across healthcare, education, marketing, government, fintech, transportation, smart home and security. With over 125 talks, panels and hands-on sessions across an array of development, design, monetization, and user experience topics, attendees will be armed with the knowledge to accelerate their career, startup or major company initiative.

Amazon will provide more than a dozen technology evangelists to conduct Amazon Alexa skills training for consumer and enterprise use cases. The full VOICE Summit schedule and speaker lineup is now available.

VOICE Summit will be held on July 24 – July 26 at New Jersey Institute of Technology in its brand new Wellness and Events Center that offers a 3,500 seat arena in a state-of-the-art facility designed for community engagement and easy accessibility.
