The event is tailored to software developers who want to learn more about emerging Agile technical practices. It will be held April 29 – May 1 at the Hilton Columbus Downtown in Columbus, Ohio.

In its fifth year, deliver:Agile 2020 creates an environment that enables attendees to immerse themselves in a deeply engaging experience which unites software engineering and architectural ideas under the umbrella of Agile thinking.

With keynotes by Liz Fong-Jones (Principal Developer Advocate for SRE & Observability, Honeycomb.io, “Cultivating Production Excellence”) and GeePaw Hill (Owner, GeePawHill.org, “Changing Changing Software: The Why, the How, and the What”), this highly-anticipated three-day conference will explore topics such as test and design practices and techniques; DevOps approaches and technologies; User Experience (UX) design and implementation; and cloud computing technologies and patterns.

Other speakers include Chelsea Troy, James Shore, Matthew Kleiman, David Bernstein, Rebecca Wirfs-Brock, Ruth Malan, Steve Kuo, Mihai Popescu, Chris Edwards, Mohab El Hakim, Gwen Smuda, Sasha Rosenbaum, Ken Mugrage, Claire Moss, Margaret McKever, Hillel Wayne, Debbie Levitt, Sarah Aslanifar, Sarah Withee, Rob Myers, Todd Sedano, Ted Young, Markus Silpala, Yolanda Hughes, Austin Chadwick, Llewellyn Falco, Richard Seroter, Amr Elssamadisy, Jason Kerney, Jeff Langr, Ron Jeffries, Chet Hendrickson, Alexandre Freire Kawakami, and Cecilia Fernandes.

“The deliver:Agile 2020 program brings together the pioneers of Agile technical practices with some of the industry’s rising stars and most exciting new voices from a variety of technical disciplines (software development, testing, operations, architecture, design, and more),” said Conference Chair Cat Swetel. “Together these generations of Agilists will explore the history and the future of Agile and XP in light of the evolving technology landscape and emerging trends. We are excited to have such a diverse set of topics and viewpoints to spark discussion and engage technologists in the Agile community!.”

Agile is now a multidisciplinary ecosystem that includes Developers, QA, UX Designers, Infrastructure Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Specialists, and more.
