Event: Cantor Convergence 2026
Dates: November 10-12, 2026
Location: The Ritz-Carlton South Beach, Miami Beach
Host: Cantor, part of the Cantor Fitzgerald group
Cantor’s fourth Convergence conference started life as a crypto and AI infrastructure event and now covers seven sectors: crypto, fintech, AI infrastructure, energy and power, quantum, robotics, and space and defense. The investment bank expects more than 500 senior executives, founders, investors and policymakers. The pitch is that these industries now lean on each other. AI needs power, power needs capital, and nuclear developers, data center operators and space companies end up at the same financing table.
Who’s speaking
The confirmed list leans on AI, chips and crypto. Microsoft chairman and CEO Satya Nadella. OpenAI CFO Sarah Friar. Anthropic co-founder Tom Brown. Qualcomm president and CEO Cristiano Amon. IBM vice chairman Gary Cohn. From crypto, Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino, Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong and Strategy executive chairman Michael Saylor. Bryan Johnson, founder and CEO of Immortals, is also on the bill.
Format
Three stages of programming run on November 11 and 12. The topics include the infrastructure and energy demands of AI, digital assets and financial markets, quantum computing and robotics, and how capital and regulation shape the next round of companies. As at most bank conferences, a lot happens off stage. Listed companies such as MYR Group and BitGo have announced investor meetings there, and those are open to Cantor clients only.
Why go
Few conferences put the head of Microsoft, the CFO of OpenAI and the bosses of Tether and Coinbase on one program. For anyone tracking how AI capex gets financed, or how crypto firms are pushing into payments and corporate treasury, Convergence is where the bankers and the companies they fund sit in the same room. Anyone not attending can follow the livestreams on Cantor’s LinkedIn and X channels.
