Cherwell-Organized Clear Global Conference, September 30, 2019 – October 3, 2019, Nashville, Tennessee

February 6, 2019 By admin

Cherwell Software, LLC, (“Cherwell”) a global leader in service management, has announced the annual global conference will now be called Clear. As more organizations expand their use of ITSM software and extend its capabilities to drive growth, they’re looking to experts who can share their own learnings and best practices.

This new name is inspired by our mission to bring clarity to professionals who want to be agents of change within their organization and are taking the initiative to expose themselves to advanced training and new networking opportunities.

“At this year’s conference, we will delve into a theme that illuminates best practices in the world of service management, engage leading industry thinkers and practitioners in roundtable exercises, host informative sessions, and create memorable social and networking activities,” said Scott Gainey, chief marketing officer of Cherwell. “Rest assured, new name and all, we’re maintaining the personal customer experience and the thoughtful planning that makes our annual conference a must-attend event.”

As attendees of other Cherwell conferences know, the events are designed to provide insight into how to design and get the most out of a service management strategy. The event offers deep-dive programming on Cherwell Software tools and solutions. Attendees are given the opportunity to meet with other technology innovators who are committed to our service management vision. In addition, the conference provides insight into the trends and challenges of serving (and providing service in) today’s digital workplaces through industry-leading and inspirational keynote speakers and extensive networking opportunities.

“Nashville has seen tremendous growth in not only tourism, but also the tech industry,” said Deana Ivey, Executive vice president & chief marketing officer, Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp. “Our creative and collaborative culture, which stems from the music industry, attracts people with an entrepreneurial spirit—and according to Forbes Nashville was one of the top 10 cities creating the most tech jobs in 2017.”

If you have a role in your organization that includes a focus on improving service delivery or business outcomes across the enterprise, this conference is designed for you—providing you with information, skills, and connections that’ll assist your organization and further your career.

If you’re ready to join us for Clear 2019, you can learn more about the conference and register by visiting our conference website. Clearly, this is an event you won’t to miss if you are on the path towards digital transformation across your organization.
