With the overarching theme ‘Building eCommerce Delivery’, the 2020 event will deliver a packed agenda that covers key topics including the rising importance of sustainability, the future of eCommerce and global consumer trends. This years’ agenda has been specifically designed to help the industry understand the evolution that is needed to meet changing customer expectations of a personalized and connected experience across all channels.
