August 9, 2019 By admin

UserTesting, the leading on-demand Human Insight Platform, today announced an exciting line-up of customer and keynote speakers, industry experts, and instructional sessions for The Human Insight Summit 2019.

The Human Insight Summit 2019 is the only conference that brings together the entire community of UserTesting experts, user experience (UX) pros, researchers, designers, product teams, digital teams, and marketers focused on creating great experiences that are built on deep customer empathy and human insight. UserTesting is hosting the multi-city conference, which takes place Tuesday, Oct. 15, in New York, N.Y., and Tuesday, Oct. 29, in San Francisco, Calif.

“Our goal with The Human Insight Summit is that every attendee gains creative and new strategies, tactics, and skills they can activate immediately when they get back to the office, to help drive better customer experiences,” said Michelle Huff, Chief Marketing Officer at UserTesting. “We have been overwhelmed by the number of customers interested in sharing with their peers their knowledge and experience with the UserTesting platform, as well as their industry-focused expertise. The Human Insight Summit is a can’t-miss event for customer experience professionals!”

Customer-Driven Sessions and Distinguished Featured Keynotes

More than 15 marquee UserTesting customers—representing top global brands such as: Alaska Airlines; Capital One; Disney Parks, Experiences and Products; Goldman Sachs; IBM; IDEO; Microsoft; Nextdoor; StubHub; Symantec; TripAdvisor; U.S. Bank; and Vanguard—will lead customer-driven presentations and breakout sessions, and participate in valuable panel discussions at The Human Insight Summits in San Francisco and New York.

In addition, David Schonthal, Clinical Associate Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at The Kellogg School of Management and Senior Director at IDEO, will present a keynote titled “The Power of Why” at the New York customer conference.
